Check-in :
Domestic Flights: If you are checking-in at the airport for an domestic Jet Airways flight, check-in starts 150 minutes before the departure of your flight. The check-in counter closes 30 minutes prior to the departure time for all class passengers. The boarding gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure.
International Flights: For all International Jet Airways flights, check-in starts 3 hours before the departure. Check-in counters are closed 60 minutes prior to departure.
Internet check-in facility is available on all Jet Airways domestic flights. This facility allows you to choose your seat online on any domestic Jet Airways flight and print your Boarding Pass. If you hold a confirmed ticket, you can check-in up to a day in advance of your departure and choose your seat online. You need to carry a photo ID with you when you report for the security check.
Tele Check-in facility is available for holders of Jet Privilege Platinum/Gold/Silver/Blue Plus cards. You can Tele Check-in up to 60 minutes prior to the departure of your flight. Once you Tele Check-in, you need to report to the airport at least 30 minutes prior to your departure for the security check. Jet Privilege Blue Plus card members need to collect their boarding pass 45 minutes prior to departure of their flight.
You can also check-in at Jet Airways city offices 24 hours in advance, and up to 2 hours before the departure of your flight. Jet Airways City Check-in facility is available if you are traveling with hand baggage only. Once you City Check-in, you need to report to the airport check-in counter 30 minutes before the departure time. The City check-in facility is available only at Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Indore and Mumbai. City Check-in facility is currently NOT available on Jet Airways international flights
If you are returning on the same day or the next day on a Jet Airways flight, you can collect your return boarding pass from your originating airport. If you are carrying hand baggage only, you need to report to the airport 30 minutes prior to departure of your return flight. If you are carrying additional check-in baggage, you need to report 90 minutes prior to the departure of the return flight
If you have a connecting onward Jet Airways flight, domestic or international, you can board the onward flight without checking-in again. At the origin airport, your baggage will be checked and pre-labeled. You will be issued all boarding passes and baggage tags up to your final destination of the partnered airline. Your baggage will also be through checked-in to the connecting flight. This facility is available on all Jet Airways flights from all destinations except Agartala, Cochin, Imphal, Jodhpur, Jorhat, Khajuraho, Kathmandu and Kuala Lumpur. The connecting flight should be a minimum 45 minutes after your arrival.
Through Check-in is also available on Jet Airways from select airports for International passengers traveling on the following international airlines:
· British Airways - Connecting from Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
· KLM - Connecting from Delhi.
· Cathay Pacific - Connecting from Delhi and Mumbai.
· Lufthansa - Connecting from Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and via London Heathrow.
· Northwest - Connecting from Delhi and Mumbai.
· Emirates, Gulf Air, Swiss, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Kenya Airways, Emirates and Qatar Airways - Connecting via Mumbai.
· Qantas - Connecting via Singapore and Mumbai
· Air France - Connecting from London Heathrow, Delhi and Mumbai.
· American Airlines - Connecting from London Heathrow and Delhi.
· United Airlines - Connecting from London Heathrow.
Note: All International Passengers who avail of Through Check-in will have to complete custom formalities at the respective airports.

Jet Airways, now with the help of new technology, offers its customers an interactive web check-in facility on its domestic flights that will improve the airport experience, promote customer convenience and enable a hassle free check-in experience. Web Check-in is available on flights departing from our automated stations only. Web Check-in allows customers to select their preferred seat and print their boarding pass on Jetairways.com
WEB CHECK-IN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Boarding gates close 15 minutes before flight departure. Please ensure you arrive for security checks and boarding well in advance of your flight departure.
· Sabre Record locator / PNR (Jet Airways booking reference) is the six letter code provided at the time of reservation. It should be entered in a format such as ABCDEF.
Web check-in is currently available:
· For Jet Airways domestic flights only.
· For passengers holding a confirmed, valid e-ticket only.
· For a group of maximum seven passengers and a maximum of three segments per passenger.
· Anytime between 60 minutes and 48 hours prior to flight departure (please see table below for conditions).
· For passengers departing from an airport which is online with our check-in system. The list of cities and airports where Web Check-in is available can be see in the drop down while using the Web Check-in facility. Please click here to view the list of cities and airports where Web Check-in is available.
· During the check-in process, our Web check-in facility will display (easy identification) the Emergency exit and Non-Reclining seats.
· Passengers who check-in on Emergency seats are bound to govern by the rules of the Emergency exit seats as given below.
· Passengers traveling on Emergency exit row seats must:
- Understand oral and written Hindi or English.
- Be able and willing to carry out evacuation procedures in the unlikely event of an emergency.
- Be able and willing to carry out evacuation procedures in the unlikely event of an emergency.
· These seats are not allowed for:
- Aged passengers.
- Temporarily and permanently disabled passengers.
- Visually / Speech impaired passengers.
- Expectant Mothers.
- Passengers under 15 years of age, including passengers with infant.
- Passengers requiring an extension seat belt to occupy a seat.
- Sick Passengers.
· Jet Airways reserves the right to reseat passengers already seated (checked-in using Web Check-in) on Emergency exit seats in order to comply with safety regulations.
· For a group of passengers booked in a single PNR with a mix of JetPrivilege members with various JetPrivilege tiers, Web Check-in facility will check-in based on different frequent flier status. With this facility, each Passenger holding a confirmed e-Ticket will be able to do Web Check-in individually as per the table below.
